Why Guest Count and Seating Matter Before Paying an Event Deposit:

Why Guest Count and Seating Matter Before Paying an Event Deposit:Guest count affects much more than the final food quantity. It can influence seating, venue capacity, table layout, catering, pricing, and whether the event should be shared or private.Instead of saying “around 50 to 100 people,” organisers should give a realistic expected number and ask when the final headcount must be confirmed.Seating should also be discussed before payment.
