RSVSR Monopoly Go Treasures Tips for Wild Stickers
There's a funny shift that happens when the Treasures dig event shows up in Monopoly Go. Most days, you're rolling and hoping the board treats you kindly. In the dig, though, your choices actually matter. That's why I tend to enjoy it more than the usual co-op grind, even when the Monopoly Go Partners Event is offering tempting rewards. You're on your own board, using your own tools, and nobody else can slow you down. For players chasing a missing gold sticker, that matters a lot, because the top reward is often a Wild Sticker.
Pickaxes are the whole game
You'll notice pretty quickly that the event isn't really about digging. It's about getting enough pickaxes to keep going. The top banner is one source, so check which tiles are paying out before you roll hard. Sometimes it's railroads, sometimes it's chance, sometimes utilities sneak in. Don't just mash the roll button because the event is live. Look at the milestones first. If the next pickaxe reward is miles away, slow down. Side tournaments are usually better for steady farming, especially at the start when the early milestones are cheap.
Don't waste dice at the wrong time
A mistake I see all the time is spending a huge pile of dice ten minutes before a tournament ends. It feels exciting, sure, but it's often a trap. The leaderboard is already settled, the easy rewards are gone, and you're paying too much for too little. I'd rather wait for the new daily tournament to begin. Fresh milestones are easier to reach, and you can grab a few pickaxe bundles without draining your stash. It's not glamorous, but it works. Monopoly Go rewards patience more than people like to admit.
Dig with a plan, not panic
Once you're in the dirt grid, slow your tapping down. Random digging burns through tools faster than you think. A checkerboard pattern is still one of the cleanest ways to play. Hit alternating squares so you reveal the shape of larger objects without opening every tile around them. When part of an artifact appears, then you can switch from scanning to finishing the piece. Small items can be annoying, yes, but the pattern saves enough pickaxes across the whole event to make a real difference.
Cash timing can save your dice
The sneaky part of Treasures is the cash you pick up along the way. It's tempting to upgrade landmarks right away, especially when your bank looks fat. I wouldn't. Hold it if you can, then watch for Builder's Bash. When upgrade costs drop, that saved cash suddenly goes much further. You can clear boards, collect dice from board completions, and soften the cost of farming more pickaxes. Some players even compare this timing to planning around a Monopoly Go Partners Event buy decision, because spending at the right moment matters more than spending fast. Play it patiently, and the Wild Sticker becomes a lot more realistic.
