Argentina's Claro increased their speeds by 0.44 Mbps to reach 2.49 Mbps in August.

While some countries celebrated improvements, others experienced declining positions. Turkey saw the most dramatic drop, falling eleven places to 37th position with a 3.07 Mbps average. Japan and Portugal each fell six spots, landing at 30th and 34th respectively.
